Bachelorette of Fine Parts

So, we've been to Boston and back since I last posted. It was excellent, but made me want more vacation.

The vice-like pressure of the last month of classes has set in, and I am scrambling to get it all done. Papers to write, articles and a book to read, projects to finish. It won't be especially pleasant, I can assure you. My eyes hurt from reading about Jackson Pollock and Andy Warhol and taking notes for a research paper all day. Here's hoping Thanksgiving break will be helpful in allowing me to get things done.

This year for Thanksgiving, Jason and I weren't feeling especially motivated to have a lot of people over or cook. Also, Mary and Eugene are out of town, so we invited Goldman to join us for a four course meal at a very fancy and delicious vegetarian place called Millennium. I've never eaten out for Thanksgiving, but that's definitely the way to start.

I only have 7 classes left to complete (assuming I don't take a nosedive in my present three) before I finally get my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. That is pretty amazing after the years of school I've been through. And somewhat scary. But I have a feeling that by the time I get there, I'll have had my fill of school for a while.

Now, to get away from the laptop before my eyes implode.
